Dr. Wess Stafford is an internationally recognized advocate for children in poverty.  With undergrad degrees from Moody Bible Institute, Biola University, a master's from Wheaton College, a PhD from Michigan State University, and three honorary doctorates, he often says, "Everything I really need to know to lead a multinational organization I learned from the poor, growing up in an African village."
Wess joined Compassion International in 1977 and served as President for 20 years.  He is the author of two books, Too Small to Ignore: Why the Least of These Matter Most and Just a Minute: In the Heart of a Child, One Moment...Can Last Forever.
